We love to train, and train hard we do!
We are all a community of hard workers, we get shit done and we are always go go go! That is why when we train, we prefer to get it done with the intensity we do.
And we hear ya!
BUT, the problem with this ‘all or nothing’ mentality that we have, is we forget (or don’t prioritise) the importance of moving to calm down, stretching, breathing, or in other words, chilling the ** out.
So, we see this.
We need this.
And we are going to do something about this.
We are teaming up with the lovely Lauri Phyland, from Yoga 213 Newtown, for a series of Hip Hop yoga flow sessions that will help us bend and breath a little more on a beautiful Sunday morning.
We are hosting four yoga classes spread throughout Nov - Jan on Sunday’s (see dates below) at Barwon Head’s Ozone Jetty.
With the most serene backdrop of the River, the ocean whistle and fresh sea air, it’s going to be a moment not to miss!
