When The HIIT Project team up with the founder of Move & Be to collaborate, you just know something amazing will go down.
We blended the beautiful practice of a slow yoga flow with our regular Sunday Run meet to introduce a new way of exercise to our clients who may not take the time to breath and stretch as often as we should.. #Guilty!
We lucked out with a stunning morning of clear sky and no wind, while Mikayla took us through one of her routine yoga classes.
