We provide intentional high sweat workouts that leave our Triibe riding the endorphin high together, knowing that we put the work in.

We do ‘non-group-fitnessy’ group fitness, where we show up, connect and are inspired by each other, the sand and the surf.
We heard you, we’re now online - you can join the triibe and take your workout anytime, anywhere with personalised & private coaching with one of our head trainers. 

The HIIT Project launched in late 2016 in Ocean Grove & Barwon Heads with Bree Filippone and Gabe McCelland.
The launch idea was simple, Gave & Bree wanted to create a community where the workouts were hard, we’d feel better educated and inspired by our sessions then all go to brunch after with the crew. (It’s all about the coffee).

Growing up in sport as a Basketballer, Bree had been in and out of strength & conditioning gyms, injury prevention & rehabilitation programs, cycles of yearly pre-season fitness camps, and rigorous training. Noticing she preferred the fitness element to the sport Bree set her mind on entering the health & fitness industry.

With a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Sciences, Exercise Physiology (Deakin University), Strength & Conditioning L1 Coaching Accreditation, Certificate III & IV in Fitness, alongside years of experience working with leading S&C facilities and coaches (Core Advantage) and clinical exercise rehab (Kieser Training Australia) Bree has over 6 years industry experience.

The HIIT Project offer a range of classes from HIIT (high intensity interval training), LIIT (Low intensity interval training), Mums & Movement, and Personal Training.
We know there is no one size fits all approach to exercise, and that is why we specialise classes & programs to ensure appropriate progressions and regressions in each session, and ensure it is always goal orientated.

Yes, we may train hard.
But we train smart. That is why we also lean on the softer things in life, like yoga and social outings like coffee and a boogie at the Barwon Heads Pub.
